Use weekly, before or after bathing:
1. Saturate tip of 1 cotton swab with Cleansing Solution.
2. Swab belly button gently and thoroughly to clean.
3. Saturate alternate tip of cotton swab with water.
4. Gently repeat step two to rinse.

*Repeat steps 1-4 using a fresh swab if you desire a second round of cleansing.
